Description

Project Description: Requesting a Contractor to provide bi-annual preventative maintenance services to include inspection, belt and filter replacement, greasing motors and bearings, clear condensate drains, clean coils, check couplings, gaskets, and fixtures. The Contractor will also be required to provide non-emergency repair and emergency repair services as required. The Government is contemplating a base contract with 4 option years.
