Description

The scope of work includes the construction of a new apartment complex in four buildings. Construction of a 342,974 square foot, 296-unit multi-family development with two 5-story apartment buildings and two detached carriage buildings. Building 1 is approximately 97,000 square foot, 80-unit residential facility. Building 2 is approximately 242,000 square foot, 216-unit residential facility. Buildings 3 & 4 are approximately 392,000 square foot each. As of January 12, 2023 a General contractor has been awarded. All subcontract trades have been let and set. General contractor broke ground early January 2023 and construction is now underway.
