| Description | San Jacinto Unified School District of Riverside County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner" or "District", will receive prior to 2:00 P.M. on the February 9, 2023, sealed bids for the award of a Contract for the following: BID NO. 016-24 Rose Salgado Elementary Ethernet and Fiber Cabling If any prospective bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in, or omissions, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof may be submitted electronically by e-mail to erate@sanjacinto.k12.ca.us no later than 9:00 AM on January 9, 2023. Responses to Requests for Information will be posted on January 11, 2023 to the USAC EPC Portal The successful bidder must possess a valid Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and current Service Provider Annual Certification Form (SPAC) at time of bid opening in order to perform the work. The Contractor's SPIN and SPAC status shall be clearly stated on the bidder's proposal. |
