Description

DCAMM Certificate Required This project is for the replacement of the entire existing exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) facade with a new facade, including masonry veneer at the base of the building and a composite metal panel cladding system for the rest of the facade. The project also includes improvement of the existing HVAC system and structural improvements at the existing first floor under grade steel structure and some accessibility improvements.
