Palmer Street Reconstruction - SPS-CP23-004 - City of Laramie

Project construction will be phased over two years and will include a full depth reconstruction of 6"asphalt and a 9" base with geo grid and fabric. Phase 1 ($875,000 FY26) is 9th to 13th street and phase 2 ($875,000 FY27) will be from 13th to 17th street to be coordinated with water project. This project incudes spot repairs to curb, gutter, sidewalk and ADA upgrades. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of August 05, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
