Correctional Grade Exercise Equipment Stations

The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting proposals for Correctional Grade Stationary Exercise Equipment Stations intended for inmates at the Kent County Correctional Facility. SCOPE Kent County Correctional Facility is looking for 11 durable strong steeled, tamperproof exercise equipment stations with no moving parts to be used by inmates. Installation to be performed by the Correctional Facility. Requirements: o Station to be set up for various exercises; at a minimum, it must include a pullup bar and dip station. o Must be weatherproof and resilient to withstand daily use. o Equipment must be fully assembled and easy to install with no movable, removable or detachable parts. o Must include mounting plate or concrete anchor and bolt to concrete. o Must be designed for individuals weighing up to 350lbs. o Must include a warranty. o Price must include delivery to Grand Rapids, MI 49503 (Dock is available for delivery) o Include complete specifications of the proposed equipment. Kent County will evaluate, award and contract for the goods and services in this solicitation in an efficient and timely manner. The solicitation will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming with all the material terms and conditions of the solicitation, is the lowest price.
