Design Services for Four (4) County Parks

Design of four (4) new St. Johns County parks. Each park will be treated as an individual project for administrative and accounting purposes. The County’s four (4) parks included in this RFQ are: 1. Nocatee Athletic Facility 2. Northwest Regional Park 3. Shearwater Park 4. Silverleaf Park 1.The Nocatee Athletic Facility project will consist of creating an athletic facility including a combination of multipurpose fields, courts, restroom, and other park-like amenities and structures on a 50-acre parcel. The Parcel Identification Number is 0680500005. 2.The Northwest Regional Park project will consist of creating a multiuse recreational facility including a combination of fields, courts, trails, restrooms, and other park-like amenities and structures on a 63-acre parcel. The Parcel Identification Number is 0013300030. 3.The Shearwater Park project will consist of a community center, outdoor lighted basketball courts, pickleball courts, lighted parking lot(s), playgrounds and other recreational amenities on a 10-acre parcel. The Parcel Identification Number is 0103300040. 4.The Silverleaf Park project will consist of creating a regional athletic facility with tournament-style lighted multipurpose 6 fields, a stadium multipurpose field, restrooms, sidewalks, and lighted parking lots on a 40-acre parcel.
