Description

Contractor shall remove and dispose of the three existing 5 ton package units. The contractor shall install three new 5 ton package heat pumps with thermostats. The contractor shall supply new disconnects with new conduit and power wire from the new disconnect to the new unit. All duct work shall be sealed with mastic. The duct shall be wrapped and covered with a metal shroud. All work will be done by code. The contractor shall be responsible for all permits and fees.
