Recycling Services for Electronic Equipment

HUB Goals: 10%. Statewide Term Contact for recycling services for end-of-life electronic equipment. Services provided shall include the collection, de-manufacturing, and recycling of computer monitors, televisions, desktop CPUs, laptop computers, printers, scanners, keyboards and mice, copy machines, DVD players, VCRs, stereo systems, tape players, CD players, radios, telephones, cell phones, tablets, readers, network equipment, servers, fax machines, electronic games, and other consumer electronics collected or generated by State of North Carolina agencies (State departments, public universities, community colleges, and local education agencies) and other eligible users of the contract, including county and municipal governments and local government public electronics collection programs. It is the intent of the State to award multiple Vendors to provide Level A Services and one (1) Vendor to provide Level B Services. Vendors may choose to bid on Level A Services only, or both Level A Services and Level B Services. However, only Vendors that bid on both Level A Services and Level B Services shall be considered for award of Level B Services. The contract is intended to provide market options for users and is structured to allow not only specific equipment pricing but also different types of ancillary services and handling.
