Description The replacement of central mechanical systems in Bldg N, replacement of the electric heating coil in AHU-3 in the Gym with a hot water heating coil, the installation of infrared heaters in the Heavy Equipment Area of Bldg P, the installation of a heat recovery coil in AHU-C1 in Bldg P, and complete evaluation of the control system in Area B of Bldg P of Wake Technical Community College South. Electrical scope consists of new lighting in areas where mechanical demolition occurs, new lighting in Gym area, new lighting in Auto Shop, and electrical connections to all HVAC equipment in mechanical scope.
