Description

The University of Colorado Denver Campus has been unable to hire staff to perform the HVAC work required in the downtown buildings. The Facilities Management Department is therefore seeking qualified vendors to provide HVAC services for the increasing workload. This work included various electrical, natural gas, and steam, motive systems for building indoor environmental control including, cooling towers, pumps, chillers – screw, reciprocal, centrifugal, VRF and magnetic bearing; heat pumps, package units, air handlers; boilers, heat exchangers, unit heaters operating on a Building Automation System.
