| Description | Request for Proposals for Job Order Contract (JOC) Services for facility improvements . The initial JOC Services agreement will be for two years with options to renew for three additional one-year periods at the City's option. The maximum value of any Job Order will be approximately $300,000.00. The minimum value of any Job Order will be approximately in the $2,500.00 range. The aggregate amount of the Job Orders in an individual year will not exceed $1,500,000.00 without authorization from the City Council.
