Grand Forks County Office Building and Courthouse Safety Improvements - Electrical

The work consists of safety upgrades to the GF County Office Building and GF County Courthouse. Within the GF County Office Building, bullet resistant glazing and frames will be installed on first, second and third floors. On first floor, a new wall will need to be installed for the bullet resistant glazing with new doors, frames and hardware for passage through the tax and finance areas. Also included is revising the mechanical system to provide proper returns and heating/ cooling for the tax and finance space on first floor. Within the GF County Courthouse, aluminum storefront will be installed within the existing second floor area to separate the public from the States Attorney’s Office. Included in this is new casework in front of the new glazing, new electrical for the casework, and new IT for the casework.
