Perimeter Fence at the Treehouse Playground at Bowie Nature Park

Perimeter fence and access gate at The Treehouse Playground at Bowie Nature Park including, and specific to, the following: A. Approximately 520 linear feet of fencing. B. One gate playground entry gate approximately twenty (20) feet wide. C. The specifications for the fence and gate are as follows: The fence and gate must be made of a composite material(s) free of any wood products or components. Product samples and descriptions must be submitted with the bid. The fence pickets must be engravable up to twenty-three (23) characters. All bids must specify the cost to engrave fence pickets. The fence and gate must comply with all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) operational and safety requirements. The fence and gate must conform to ASTM 2049 height and spacing requirements. The fence is to be installed on an existing concrete border around the playground. The gate is to be installed at the south entrance to the playground nearest to the Nature Center at the park. The gate must be constructed with the same materials as the fence or substantially match or conform to the appearance of the fence. D. Bids will be accepted in the following formats: Providing itemized costs for the fence, gate, engraving, and installation. OR Providing itemized cost for the fence, gate, and engraving. And providing full and complete installation instructions for the fence and gate materials.
