| Description | Includes but is not limited to, providing a completely refurbished Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) including new tube bundles, casing, insulation, boiler external piping (BEP) components, instrumentation, etc. The project also includes providing a new exhaust stack economizer, new natural gas fired duct burner, new exhaust breaching from the outlet flange of the existing Combustion Turbine Generator (CTG) to the inlet flange of the HRSG. A new fully integrated, interlocked bypass damper and bypass stack silencer is also included in this project. A new 100,000 pph deaerator with new boiler feedwater pumps, new continuous blowdown tank with heat exchanger and a new boiler fuel oil pump skid is also included. The cogeneration plant roof shall also be replaced as part of this project. Relocation and addition of fire protection piping and heads are also included as well as all mechanical piping, valves, supports, insulation, instrumentation, controls wiring, control panels, electrical cable, conduit, drains, structural steel, prime and finish painting. | ||
