| Description | The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a requirements contract for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for heavy equipment and forklifts of various manufacturers for Chesterfield County (the County) and Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS). For purposes of this IFB, the County and CCPS are synonymous, except where otherwise required by context or law. Products and services shall be provided on an as needed basis. The County reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other County representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction. Chesterfield County is not currently accepting electronic submissions of this solicitation type. IFB Documents can be downloaded and submitted in accordance with the submission and receipt of bids/proposals section of this solicitation. Electronic submissions for this solicitation will not be considered. |
