Description | Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Pickaway County Commissioners or by certified check, bid bond, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Pickaway County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for: Village of Williamsport: Phase I Storm Project and mailed or delivered to: Pickaway County Commissioners 139 W Franklin St. Circleville, Ohio 43113 Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days afterthe actual date of the opening thereof. Pickaway County reserve the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The Engineer's cost estimate with contingencies is($420,500.00) Dollars. |
