Monroe County Jail - $7,500,000 Public Safety Building - $6,000,000 Construction Management services related to the renovation of existing space in the Public Safety Building (PSB) and Monroe County Jail (Jail).Two (2) Bid Projects for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) will involve: the renovation of approximately 26,200 square feet of space on two (2) floors in the PSB for office and support space for the Jail Transport unit and Jail Maintenance group, training facilities, records storage and a Jail dormitory area, the renovation of approximately 22,300 square feet of space in the Jail for private and professional visitation, courtroom improvements, and court holding areas.
