Description

Contractor includes submitting and obtaining a building department permit, furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, water, light, power, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever necessary to modify, construct, complete, deliver and place in operation the subject Project described as Wastewater Pump Stations 10, 48, 76 and 79 Rehabilitation.
