Prepare a design concept that implements social distancing guidelines while adhering to the existing historical structures of the Council Chambers with an emphasis on the workstations. The concept shall include a comprehensive assessment of the physical layout. It must also address and satisfy the technological components impacted by the redesign, including audio, visual, communication, broadcast, and camera's angle of view. The new workstation design must meet the current staffing needs with room for potential expansion to maximize citizens seating. The design must also include technological integration of satellite overflow capacity conference room(s) and the capability for remote interface connectivity for citizens via internet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, other similar teleconferencing and video conferencing systems.
