Description

The government is seeking a qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced contractor to perform the following services: Drain Maintenance Services for G. V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1500 E Woodrow Wilson Blvd, Jackson MS 39216. For the areas to be serviced, the horizontal drain lines must be constantly treated to avoid back up and ruptures to ensure the drains function properly. Automatic feeders that maintain the appropriate flow and amount of the chemical are required to keep grease from building up in the pipes and going into the grease trap. All services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein. Services of this nature have been performed before at the facility by an incumbent contractor. A new contract is needed to accommodate these required services that are recurring. All drains requiring service and attention are in the following locations: Canteen: Rooms F-101, F-110, F-111, F-117, B-111C, Grease Trap (outside Canteen) Nutrition & Food: Rooms E-161, E-161A, E-160 Nursing Home Care Unit: HB-02 HB-112
