Commissioning Services

Providing professional Commissioning services for the project referenced above. The project scope will involve the design, bid and construction for DSU-ARL for Dakota State University in Madison, South Dakota. The scope is for design and construction commissioning services for a secure research facility located approximately forty-five minutes south of Madison, SD on a to be determined site. The proposed facility will be approximately 80,000 to 120,000 square feet and is anticipated to be certified for a Green Globes Two-Globe rating. The delivery method is anticipated to be Construction Manager at Risk. The construction budget for the project is nominally $40,000,000, but be advised that this number is subject to change. The project will need to be designed and ready for bid advertisement by January 2023. Construction is anticipated to occur May 2023 through June 2025.
