| Description | Interior renovations of the 9th and 10th floors for the addition of temporary courtrooms at One Montgomery Plaza. Work is to be accomplished while allowing for continuous occupancy of the building. Work shall be completed alongside the existing multi-phased replacement of the vertical facade and repairs to the roof. Work encompasses approximately 23,900 SF. Work includes active participation in the management and coordination of construction under ALL Contracts and move activities by the Owner all with the intent to minimize disturbance to building occupants and using LEAN Procedures to do so. |
