Clarification Deadline: 5/31/2023 5:00 PM George Haggar Fire Training Center Improvements A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Upper Dublin Township, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, shall be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. Upper Dublin Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the Township, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
