| Description | The proceeds of the tax-exempt equipment lease purchase agreement (the "Lease") will provide funds to install and/or retrofit energy conservation measures, including the Equipment ("ECM" or "ECMs") for certain facilities located throughout the School District. The Lease will be secured by the Equipment being funded and the obligation of the School District to pay rent under the Lease. The obligation to pay rent under the Lease is not subject to annual appropriation. The Board has determined that the energy savings generated from reduced energy use from the program will be sufficient to cover the cost of the program's energy conservation measures set forth in the energy savings plan |
