Sealed bids will be received in the Office of Procurement & Contracts, Mississippi State University, for the purchase of the items listed herein. b. Delivery of bids must be during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, except on weekends and holidays when no delivery is possible. All questions regarding this bid should be directed to the Office of Procurement & Contracts at 662-325-2550. 1 each - Steris AMSCO 630LS Medium Steam Sterilizer with loading carriage Chamber size of 26" x 37.5" x 54" Must be 316L stainless steel jacket and chamber Touch screen control for ease of operating the unit. This unit will require de-installation of the old unit that is being replaced. Installation of the new unit must be completed and training staff to use the new unit. Must have Allen Bradley controls to ensure compatibility with existing units and parts. 2 each - Steris 100KW Electric Steam Generator Steam quality must have a vapor quality rating of at least 97% or higher. Must include an auto flush drain kit Must have a water softener package Installation of steam generators o 1 steam generator will be installed to operate the new AMSCO 630LS o 1 steam generator will be installed to operate an existing sterilizer o Auto flush drain kit and water softeners should also be installed. 1 each - Steris 75KW Electric Steam Generator Steam quality must have a vapor quality rating of at least 97% or higher. Must include an auto flush drain kit Must have a water softener package Installation of steam generator to operate 2 existing sterilizers at MSUCVM Please provide annual pricing for service agreements for the equipment listed in this bid
