Description

The purpose of this project is to repaving four residential roadways, starting at Electric Street for Gasparini Drive, Fox Court, and Blakely Street ending at Railroad Avenue by the borough housing complex. Resurfacing these roadways will improve access for the residents of the Mott Haven neighborhood to Main Street as well as access to area stores and public transportation. This project will mill the existing damaged pavement structure, being the pavement top course, to the specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation publication 408 current edition. Base Repairs will be determined on an as needed basis once milling is completed.
