City Hall Employee Entrance Improvements

The purpose of the project is site clearing and retaining wall demolition, earthwork, drainage installation, and construction of new retaining wall, concrete pavement and concrete stairs. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Tree removal, site clearing, grubbing, excavation, earth movement, sheeting, bracing, soil erosion protection and sediment control, subgrade preparation, removal and disposal of excess and / or unsuitable excavated material, dewatering, and import of suitable material as necessary to install and construct all the work defined within the Contract Documents. 2. Demolition and removals as shown in the Contract Documents. 3. Site work including retaining wall construction, drainage installation, rough and final grading, paving, and fences. 4. Project closeout submittals.
