Description Contract 1: Remove two overhead doors enlarge the opening to receive a 29 LF-6 IN wide overhead door. Replace the existing steel beam and intermediate support; prepare the space to receive the new overhead door assembly. Reinforce existing columns and provide foundations, relocate wiring and heating pipes as required, replace portions of the concrete floor and asphalt apron. Contract 2: Provide a new overhead door for the enlarged opening, approximately 29 LF-6 IN wide and 10 LF-8 IN high, with vision panels, fully insulated, weather stripped, power operated with fully automatic push button control and remote operation.
