Description

Installation of pavement markings, colored pavement markings, and flexible delineators to address pedestrian, bicyclist, and motor vehicle traffic safety concerns. All work on this contract shall be completed by October 31 st , 2022 Liquidated Damages, per diem: $150/day The SBE requirement for this project is 0% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SBE Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate SBE Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive.Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid. All Contractors awarded a contract valued at $25,000.00 or more are required to participate in training on the City of Milwaukee's B2GNow contract compliance software within 30 days of the contract award date. Throughout the contract term, Contractors are required to regularly provide timely subcontractor payment information in the City's contract compliance software.
