LHS York 300 Ton Chiller

Lakeview High School’s cooling system consists of a three compressor air cooled chiller that has a BAC ice maker with storage tanks. Due to its ice making capability it is important to note that any new chiller needs to operate at a lower temperature in order to freeze ice at night, and then a normal operating temperature during the day. Lakeview schools will consider other units that are of equal or better quality to our current unit. Bid pricing shall be all-inclusive for turn-key installation services to include removal and disposal of existing chiller, purchase and installation of new chiller, all overhead, labor, travel time, per diem, materials, supplies, equipment, standard warranty period, requested extended warranty, maintenance during warranty period, insurance, taxes, permits, etc.
