Custodial Services for Durango Parks and Recreation

Custodial Services - Moore Parks Shop: Moore Park Shop is located 900 Cemetery Road. All tasks to be completed after 6:00pm daily Monday through Friday year around. The City will provide cleaning chemicals, paper products and soap to refill dispensers. The contractor shall be responsible for all cleaning equipment including but not limited to; vacuum, mops, brooms, dustpans, sponges, gloves, personal protective equipment, etc. Custodial Services – Chapman Hill Pavilion: Chapman Hill Pavilion is located 500 Florida Road. All tasks to be completed prior to 8:30 am or after 11:00 pm daily Monday through Friday and prior to 7:00 am or after 11:00 pm Saturday and Sunday, year around. The City will provide cleaning chemicals, paper products, soap to refill dispensers and floor machine. The contractor shall be responsible for all cleaning equipment, with the exception of the floor machine, including but not limited to; vacuum, mops, brooms, dustpans, sponges, gloves, personal protective equipment, etc. Custodial Services – Durango Gymnastics: Durango Gymnastics is located at 144 Bodo Drive. All tasks to be completed prior to 8:00 am or after 9:30 pm daily Monday through Friday, year around. The City will provide cleaning chemicals, paper products, soap to refill dispensers. The contractor shall be responsible for all cleaning equipment, including but not limited to; vacuum, mops, brooms, dustpans, sponges, gloves, personal protective equipment, etc. If doing the gym, we supply the gym vacuum
