THE CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS IS August 18, 2022 at 1:00 PM (ET). 2.5 AMENDMENTS: Amendments to this solicitation will be posted . Paper copies of the amendments will NOT be individually mailed. No other notification of amendments will be provided. Potential offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging any amendments to the solicitation.
