2021 Road Improvements

The scope of work for the project will include the following: Base Bid: School Terrace - construction of drainage improvements, ADA ramps , milling, paving and line striping of pavement. The limits will be marked in the field. Alternate Bid 1: Crest Court - construction of ADA ramps, milling, paving and line striping of pavement. Construct one speed hump. The limits will be marked in the field. Alternate Bid 2: Ashel Lane- construction of ADA ramps, milling, paving and line striping of pavement. The limits will be marked in the field. The total scope of work for the major items of the base bid for this project includes the construction of approximately 410 15 inch diameter HDPE drainage pipe, 3 catch basins, 1 manhole, 24 SY of concrete sidewalk, 4 inch thick, 68 LF of 6" X 8" X 20" concrete vertical curb, 16 SF of embedded detectable warning surfaces for handicapped ramps, 550 SY milling, 86 tons leveling and paving, replace curbpieces, driveway repairs, topsoil and seed, line striping of pavement, traffic control and other associated work as shown on the plans for a complete, in place project.
