| Description | Location: 1.Dowell Elementary School- 2121 West Sandtown Road SouthWest, Marietta, GA 30064 2.LaBelle Elementary School-230 Cresson Drive SouthWest, Marietta, GA 30060 Dowell ES: the removal of existing built-up gravel roof system, removal of existing rigid insulation over metal deck areas. The new roof will require board insulation, cover board and two ply modified bitumen roof system. The work will also require the modification of existing HVAC curbs and lifting of existing natural gas service lines to accommodate latest IBC energy code requirements and new roof assembly.
