Cermak Road Bridge Phase III Construction Inspection

Cermak Rd Over IHB RR & Gardner Rd, 25th Ave & Addison Creek, Phase III Project, Cook County, Region One/District One. Phase III engineering is required to provide construction inspection services for the improvement of Cermak Rd Over IHB RR & Gardner Rd, 25th Ave & Addison Creek Work includes, but is not limited to: replacement of the deck and approach slabs on Cermak Road for the bridges over IHB RR/Gardner Road (S.N. 016-0631) and 25th Avenue (S.N. 016-0632), superstructure and substructure repairs, increase of clearance over the railroad tracks to a minimum of 21’6”, full slab and superstructure replacement with widening over the Addison Creek bridge (S.N. 016-0633), HMA pavement connector for bridge approach, PCC pavement connector for bridge approach, pedestrian accommodations including sidewalk on the north and south side, lighting, drainage improvements, and guardrail replacement. The 25th Avenue bridge will have two 12-foot lanes in each direction with 2-foot shoulders and 3-foot raised median, the Addison Creek bridge will have two 11-foot lanes in each direction with 2-foot shoulders and 10-foot striped median, and the IHB RR bridge will have two 12-foot lanes in each direction with 3-foot shoulders and 3-foot raised median. Any and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement.
