Activity Center Renovation

As of July 22, 2022. Project will not be awarded. No plans for rebid. Provide bid deduct for the installation/replacement of asphalt shingles on the existing and new portions of the building in lieu of standing seam metal roof. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Tuscarawas County will be applicable to this project. Current prevailing wage rates are available at the Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance website. The MWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/ or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The MWCD also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
