Work under Base Bid to include the complete demolition of the existing telescoping bleachers and fixed wood bleachers in the high school gymnasium, the canopy structure over the gym exit out of the elementary gymnasium, the playground fencing and wood chip surface of the elementary playground area, and the partial removal of the existing corridor ceilings in the high school corridor as required to remove the existing plumbing piping above the ceiling. New work to include the installation of new telescoping and fixed bleachers in the high school gymnasium, new chain-link fencing and poured-in-place playground surfacing at the elementary playground, a concrete walk and open air covered walkway connection between the elementary gym and the elementary playground, and a new Pre-K playground area with play equipment, concrete, fencing, turf and poured-in-place play surface. Corresponding Plumbing and Electrical Systems will also be included.
