The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form, which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the electronically Room. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since 12/31/18 for construction of similar type Commercial Remodeling. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $250,000 or greater. 2. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least five (5) years of experience with Commercial Remodeling projects similar in scope and value to this project.
