Board of Park Commissioners of Decatur Park District will receive sealed bids at the Decatur Park District Administration Office to: DEMOLITION OF EXISTING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 60' X 66' CONCRETE PAD FOR A BASKETBALL COURT AT SINAWIK PARK - 1831 S. 32ND STREET DECA- TUR, IL 62521. Sealed bids will be received in envelopes which must be plainly marked "DEM- OLITION/CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE PAD AT SINA- WIK PARK" on the envelope. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing under the contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS130/1-12). Certified payroll will be required and provided before final payment is issued.
