Penterman Readiness Center Troop Command Sustainment

The Project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to conduct repairs and remodeling of approximately 7,100 SF of the first level of the Penterman Readiness Center at the Lincoln Air National Guard Base in Lincoln, NE. The project includes adding and removing interior walls, adding exterior windows and repair of related exterior masonry, relocating communications and data lines, replacement of electrical fixtures, interior finishes, and repairs to first floor latrines including replacement of plumbing fixtures and interior finishes.
