Provide hourly brush/tree trimming with a tractor (minimum 200hp) mounted mechanical side arm saw with a minimum of 3 inline circular saw blades capable of cutting up to 8” inch DBH within the Salem District along the highway rights-of-way of secondary within the counties of Carroll, Floyd, Giles, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, and Pulaski.
