Description

The Work consists of the replacement of approximately 4,800 linear feet of existing 8-inch asbestos concrete (AC) water main with new 8-inch DI water main in Flanders Road and Samson Drive, and all new water services including the curb stop, service piping and curb box. Some of the existing 8-inch AC water main pipe will require removal and legal disposal. The new water main will replace an existing water main and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. Temporary bypass piping will be required. Miscellaneous drainage improvements.
