COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND NONPERSONAL SERVICES TO INSTALL THE HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) CONTROL SYSTEM LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE (NWS) WEATHER FORECAST OFFICE (WFO), 234 WEATHER SERVICE DRIVE, JACKSON, MS 39232-9314 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK. BRAND REQUIREMENT IS AUTOMATED LOGIC CONTROL SYSTEM. THE BRAND IS CURRENTLY IN PLACE AT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE (NWS) LOCATIONS AND IS BEING INSTALLED AS REPLACEMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR STANDARDIZATION. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWP92352300193SRG. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 (MAR 2023) (Deviation 2023-03) (DEC 2022).
