Revenue Agreement for Scrap Metal/Aluminum Removal and Recycling Services from Caltrans Stations in Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties

1) Contractor shall collect and recycle, either through reuse or sale for reuse, scrap metal from Caltrans facilities listed in Item 3. 2) Contractor shall provide on-call scrap collection services at the verbal or written request of Caltrans Contract Manager. Once a collection request has been received, Contractor must fulfill the request within two (2) business days. Written Question Submittal 01/05/2023 2:00 p.m. Proposed Award Date (estimate) 02/09/2023 This Agreement will commence on February 17, 2023 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on February 16, 2026 (estimate). The services shall be provided during 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law. estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but less than $250,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
