Question Deadline:03/23/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Bid Bond 5 % SCOPE: The Town of Castle Rock is seeking proposals from qualified trail construction contractors, who specializein soft-surface trail construction, to build approximately 3.5 miles of 6' wide native surface, non-motorized, no equestrian-use trails, using sustainable trail development principles. The Town will also require theawarded contractor to be a member of the Professional Trail Builders Association or equivalent. The Contractorwillwork with Parks and Recreation Staff to design and layout the trail. The Town is also seeking add alternatepricingto surface all or portion of the trail with gravel to improve trail condition. The purpose of the trail is to providea5K off-street loop for pedestrians and cyclists on accessible grades. The Town would also like to have bidders provide examples of, and experience in, constructing sustainable trails, similar in size and scope, completed within the last three years. Also provide with your proposals arate sheet of your company's expenses and costs, company history, and an inventory of your company's equipment. Provide a cost per linear foot for finished trail construction. Provide an add alternate price for gravel surfacing
