The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous services to accomplish this work in strict accordance with the specifications (dated April 2023), drawings, and all associated documents. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238160 (Roofing Contractors), with a size standard of $19 million. The contractor is required to be certified in SAM when the proposal is submitted. IAW FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Notice of Compliance with Contract insurance requirements and Bid Bond (Standard Form 24) along with Representations and Certification documents must be submitted with your bid via Standard Form 1442.
