Description

Purchase, install and expand to four existing separate CCTV Systems to allow the monitoring of all AIT barracks common areas of these five (5) buildings; 2428, 2429, 2470, 2741and 2840. Work shall be completed in a professional manner. Contractor will upgrade all five building electrical requirements necessary to install these upgraded systems as part of this installation. Cab Siamese cable shall be run and installed in buildings 2428, 2429, 2470, 2741 and 2840 with the following breakdown of cameras installed: 96 each Axis 2.1MP Wide angle HD Outdoor Dome Cameras hallways, 4 each Axis 8MP 180 deg Panoramic Dome cameras, 52 each Axis Network Bullet Cameras, 9 Axis 8MP 180 deg Panoramic Dome 5yr warranty and 16 each Axis Network 2.1MP Outdoor Bullet w/ 32 x zoom cameras. Each System shall meet the TRADOC standard of no less than 180 calendar days of continuous recording and storage. Digital Watchdog Servers, Power supplies, VGA Extender, Switches, and miscellaneous cables shall be supplied. Cables shall be run above drop ceilings and routed through electrical rooms and holes already in walls above ceiling. Install Magnetic locks on doors leading into female dorm room hallways, controlled by the Charge of Quarters desk in buildings 2428 and 2429. Monitors and recording equipment shall be located in Government-determined rooms in 2 each building. New server shall have minimum offive (5) year(s) warranty. All other equipment shall have an extended warranty of three (3) years to cover all new cameras, DVRs, and power supplies. All four systems will be stand-alone systems, independent of one another and compatible with the existing systems in each building. Contractor shall install Magnetic Locks on female wing entrance doors in buildings 2428 and 2429 and route controls to the Charge of Quarters desk of each building. The successful contractor shall provide training for 5 people at each building location once equipment is installed and operational. Date and time of training shall be coordinated with the COR.
