Description

This requirement is for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Construction contract task order for Historic Building Stabilization, at Folsom Farm Barn (apprx. 30 miles southwest of Spokane, Washington, Rock Ranch Barn (approximately 17 miles south of Creston, Washington. There are optional line items at Lakeview Ranch (located approximately 8 miles north of Odessa, Washington). All buildings will be unoccupied during construction. All work shall be performed in Lincoln County Washington.
