Insurance, and equipment necessary to do the following work on the above project Demo the existing roof down to the metal deck Replace with R25 iso 60 mil mechanically attached TPO roofing systems All new flashing as per manufacture requirements Fabricate and install new 24ga Kynar coated metal edge strip Warranty 2 year workmanship 20 year total system Tapered insulation to the existing roof Gutter and downspouts to the building Wood Blocking replacement Metal Decking replacement Roof Replacement 800 Coporate Drive. The County of Wayne is soliciting sealed proposals for the removal and installation of new roofing materials at the building located at 800 Corporate Drive, Goldsboro, NC. Scope of work: Remove existing roof down to the metal deck Mechanically fasten a base layer 1/8 tapered ISO to equal R25 average tapered to the outside perimeter of the building Mechanically fasten .060 White TPO roofing system including all new flashing as required by manufacturer. Install 24-guage Kynar finished drip edge. New gutters with downspouts Warranty o 2-Year Workmanship o 20-year total system NDL warranty Alternates 1. LF prior for wood blocking replacement 2.
